Hello, I’m Kim and I am a seasoned Realtor with 13 + years’ experience in the Charlotte area! Growing up in a military family had me packing and moving 11 times before I was 18. Transitioning and starting new in another state or country was the norm and OF COURSE this was all done in a very strategic and orderly fashion. I left home at 17 to attend a performing arts high school and university where I was immersed in music, visual art, dance, design and film.
I was living in Boston when one by one my family started moving to Charlotte. I’d hear about this fantastic place all the time; ‘Charlotte has this’, ‘Charlotte has that’, ‘Panthers are going to the Super Bowl’, ‘it’s 70 degrees in January’,,, I could go ON and ON. It was inevitable during a bitter cold February in 2005 I packed everything up and moved to Charlotte.
In 2005, I got my real estate license and immersed myself in the Uptown real estate market and culture. This led me to the amazing In-Town historic neighborhoods and suburbs. I’ve experienced a variety of real estate market conditions and learned how to navigate the good, bad and transitional times over the last 13 years. I’ve also recently renovated 2 homes in the Commonwealth/Eastway Park neighborhoods and was my own General Contractor for a full renovation in Eastway Park.
So, what does this all mean for your home sale or search? I handle major life changes and events with experience, ease as well as in an organized manor. I’m very creative, flexible and have an eye for design and of course there isn’t an inspection report, repair or renovation opportunity that we can’t work through. I really look forward to helping you with your next adventure!
In my spare time I enjoy local eateries and events, taking off and heading to the mountains, I love hanging out with my silly twin nephews and I also can be spotted playing the cello in various venues throughout Charlotte and surrounding counties!
