Beverly made Charlotte her home in 1999 after moving from Chattanooga, TN. She arrived just in time to watch the Charlotte real estate market blossom, boom and finally bust. This has helped give her the perspective that enables her to walk clients through calculated decisions about their home investments. An expert in customer relations and process management, Beverly has developed market knowledge and a skill set that makes her an asset to buyers and sellers in real estate.
As a project manager for a local builder, she organized and managed new construction and renovation projects in the urban and central corridor from the ground up. This gave her an inside look at the nuts and bolts of home construction. That strength is valuable to any seller preparing a home for sale or a buyer considering a home purchase.
In a natural progression from construction to real estate, she honed her organization and process management skills as a closing coordinator for some of Charlotte’s top brokers and then went on to manage leasing for multiple local apartment complexes in the urban market. Today she combines this powerful blend of experience, skills and market knowledge to represent and advocate for her real estate clients like no other broker does.
Beverly has still found time to give back to the community. Since 2006 she has been an active volunteer with the Charlotte Youth Rowing organization as the Assistant Coach. She has been a valuable asset to Charlotte teens and their families.
